以前からpostmailを使わせていただいてます。かなりバージョンが古かったので
KENTさんのHPからpostmail-utfをダウンロードし、以前のファイルは削除して
そして以前と同じようにアップしたつもりですが
フォーム入力後、送信ボタンを押すと
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have
done that may have caused the error.

がでます。

postmailフォルダはindex.htmlと同じ階層に置きましたので、init.cgiの変更箇所は
# 送信先メールアドレス

# sendmailのパス【サーバパス】
# → プロバイダの指定を確認のこと
$cf{sendmail} = '/usr/sbin/sendmail';
# 文字コード自動判別（0=no 1=yes）
# → フォームの文字コード判別を行う場合
# → フォームがUTF-8の場合は「0」で概ねOK
$cf{conv_code} = 1;
# 送信後の戻り先【URLパス】
$cf{back} = 'http://www.miki-co.com/index.html';
などです。あとはほとんど初期設定のままです。
